📋 Description

• Lead engineers integrating current and future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams • Own 14 broad technology platforms during subsidiary integration through the M&A pipeline • Design and develop IT infrastructure architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture direction and standards • Apply understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across departments • Provide infrastructure and platform ownership across distributed compute, hypervisors, server OS, public cloud, storage, databases, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, PKI, monitoring, and automation/orchestration • Perform technical planning and architecture development and modify specifications • Develop specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings • Assess compatibility and integration of proposed standard products and services • Resolve complex technical and operational problems • Potentially lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates • Marry strategy to tactics through associates and multiple contractor teams • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of infrastructure and public cloud experience • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • 2 or more years of management experience • Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies • Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree in a Technical Field preferred • Agile, PMP, or PMI certification preferred • IT M&A integration experience preferred • Hands-on and leadership experience across distributed compute hardware, hypervisors, server OS, supporting tooling, public cloud IaaS/PaaS, block/file/backup storage, distributed databases, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, infrastructure/platform monitoring, and infrastructure/platform automation/orchestration (IaC) preferred • Technical certifications in listed technology domains preferred • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
