• Provide technical leadership for an architecture specialty • Apply extensive knowledge of architecture principles and practices • Make independent decisions on technical problems and methods • Resolve important technical questions • Plan and coordinate work • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects • Foster collaboration, creativity, accountability, and professional growth • Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and challenges • Maintain efficiency and client satisfaction • Oversee quality management processes and ensure technical excellence • Work on challenging projects for a variety of clients
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience • Professional licensure in field of study • 15+ years of experience at a large architectural firm preferred, including 5+ years in project management and leadership • Experience in one or more specialized markets: workplace, federal, higher-education, or healthcare • Experience with multiple delivery methods: DB, DBB • Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized • Excellent time management • Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, and client interviews • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience contributing to thought leadership through panels, presentations, or publications • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future
