📋 Description

• Define sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments • Drive sales program effectiveness through strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making • Develop key performance indicators to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, market growth, and retention • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution • Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive-level status reporting • Identify process inefficiencies, operational gaps, and business risks through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workflow assessments • Lead process improvement initiatives enhancing member experience, agent efficiency, sales effectiveness, and operational performance • Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes • Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners • Leverage call center and sales operations expertise for workflow optimization, capacity planning, and performance enhancement • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate concerns appropriately • Connect information across programs, initiatives, and stakeholders to provide holistic business insights • Facilitate meetings, establish ownership, and produce actionable next steps • Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and reporting • Evaluate complex situations independently and execute with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service operations, or a related operational environment • Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-priority projects or initiatives with competing deadlines and stakeholders • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business transformation, operational readiness, process improvement, or program delivery • Experience communicating project updates, recommendations, risks, and business outcomes to senior leaders or executive stakeholders • Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities • Experience independently identifying and resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives to completion without direct reporting authority • PMP certification or 4+ years of advanced project or program management experience preferred • 4+ years of sales experience within the healthcare or health solutions industry preferred • 4+ years of technical experience supporting business operations, systems, platforms, or technology-enabled initiatives preferred • 2+ years of experience working with telephony, IVR, CRM applications, or related contact center technologies preferred • Must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
