📋 Description

• Support Pharmacists and patients in clinical programs • Accomplish programs designed to improve health outcomes, focusing on prescription drugs and medication therapy • Help implement the strategy for comprehensive medication reviews • Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support assignments • Perform computations and semi-routine assignments • Make outbound and receive inbound calls with Humana members • Collect medication history information • Prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews • Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications • Promote health awareness through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns • Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm medication adherence and provide counseling

🎯 Requirements

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification • Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes • Designated work area with a door that locks • Must work any hours Monday-Friday between 8:00am-7:00pm EST • Holidays, weekends and overtime when applicable • Must be on time with camera ON during 2+ weeks of training and required leadership meetings • Willingness to remain in the position and campaign for a minimum of twelve months • Must meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience • Mail order or retail pharmacy experience • Fluency in English and Spanish • Previous call center experience or pharmacy-setting experience • Capability in problem resolution and supporting team-based resolutions
