📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Support key compliance and quality initiatives • Support compliance monitoring activities • Support audit efforts and examination responses • Support quality assurance programs and operational oversight initiatives • Coordinate activities related to organizational readiness, quality performance, and risk mitigation • Support call monitoring and quality review programs • Perform agent and contracting quality assessments • Prepare reports and compliance documentation • Track corrective actions • Support special projects advancing compliance program objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to identify issues, track outcomes, and maintain documentation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
