📋 Description

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support data engineering solutions • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, data transformations, and data products • Build reusable and maintainable solutions using source control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD • Contribute to data models supporting enterprise analytics and operational use cases • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production data workloads • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders • Learn and apply Humana data standards, engineering practices, and healthcare data concepts • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python • Experience with SQL • Experience with Databricks, including Notebooks, Jobs, Delta Lake, and Spark • Experience with Prefect • Experience with GitHub • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps • Experience with Azure cloud technologies • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
