📋 Description

• Conceive, develop, deliver, and manage products for customer use • Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception through marketplace introduction • Develop products to meet customer needs and achieve cost and success outcomes • Monitor product efficacy after launch • Use customer and business partner feedback to ensure products meet customer needs across segments • Adjust products over time to maintain desired outcomes • Implement new or updated programs and large-scale projects • Support technical and operational procedures and processes • Implement strategic plans and drive goals and objectives • Improve performance and provide input into functional strategy • Report to the Associate VP, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution

🎯 Requirements

• Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification • 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience • 3+ years of leadership experience • Bachelor's degree • Ability to drive significant transformation • Competence working on very large and most complex assignments • Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity • Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of business leaders • Quantitative and qualitative analysis experience • Ability to identify trends and drive actionable insights • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Master's degree preferred
