📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation opportunities across Finance • Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess business needs, define requirements, and design solutions • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to improve Finance capabilities and performance • Support the development and evolution of Finance target-state capabilities, operating models, and strategic roadmaps • Analyze operational, financial, and strategic considerations to support investment options and business decisions • Drive execution of approved initiatives through project planning, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, progress monitoring, and executive reporting • Facilitate collaboration and best-practice sharing across Finance and partner organizations • Lead cross-functional efforts across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Governance, and business teams • Contribute to Finance portfolio management, including prioritization, initiative sequencing, dependency management, project reporting, budget tracking, and value measurement • Develop presentations, recommendations, and executive-level communications • Support organizational change management, including communications, training, and capability-building • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and value metrics to measure initiative success and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Six (6) or more years of experience in strategy, transformation, process improvement, solution design, project management, consulting, portfolio management, or a related discipline • Two (2) or more years of experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives • Ability to assess business challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate business needs into actionable recommendations • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
