📋 Description

• Manage data to support and influence decisions on daily operations, strategic planning and business performance issues • Model, interpret and analyze data to identify, explain and influence variances and trends • Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques • Understand department, segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives and their linkages • Make decisions regarding own work methods in ambiguous situations with minimal direction • Follow established guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Two (2) or more years of general accounting and financial management experience • Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends • Experience managing data to support and influence decisions on daily operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues • Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques • Working knowledge and understanding of department, segment and organizational strategy • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
