📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and modernization priorities for enterprise pharmacy capabilities and platform services • Translate strategic objectives, customer needs, and operational challenges into prioritized capabilities and product investments • Establish value hypotheses, business outcomes, success measures, and KPIs • Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog • Define and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams • Balance platform investments, regulatory requirements, operational commitments, and business priorities • Ensure solutions meet Humana technology standards, quality expectations, and customer needs • Lead product strategy and execution for modernized pharmacy capabilities and shared platform services • Drive workflow transformation, automation, and process simplification • Advance reusable, API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled capabilities • Guide retirement and modernization of legacy systems • Build alignment across business, operations, technology, architecture, engineering, and vendor organizations • Lead product reviews, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and capability planning • Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve competing priorities • Influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and product expertise • Define, monitor, and report KPIs for efficiency, reliability, cycle time, automation, platform adoption, and customer experience • Measure and communicate value realization through productivity, resiliency, workflow simplification, and legacy modernization outcomes • Drive continuous improvement and scale successful platform capabilities across the pharmacy ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of product management experience within complex enterprise technology environments • 2+ years of product leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic product initiatives • Strong experience in product management within complex enterprise technology environments • Experience leading large-scale modernization, platform, or digital transformation initiatives • Experience working within Agile product delivery teams and managing complex product backlogs • Ability to influence and collaborate across business, operational, architecture, engineering, and vendor organizations • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills focused on measurable business outcomes • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy operations, or regulated industries preferred • Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and leading modernization initiatives • Understanding of healthcare, pharmacy, customer service, fulfillment, operational processing, or related business functions • Experience translating business and operational needs into scalable technology solutions • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and measurable business outcomes • Expertise in business capability modeling, process design, workflow optimization, and operational transformation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data analysis and data models in high-volume, transaction-oriented, and compliance-driven environments • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration, and cloud-native platforms • Hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments, including product backlog management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to align business, operations, engineering, architecture, security, and vendor stakeholders • Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, managing dependencies, resolving competing priorities, and driving execution • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
