📋 Description

• Lead large, complex, and strategically important programs spanning multiple business areas and workstreams • Lead through influence rather than positional authority, building alignment, driving accountability, and securing commitment from cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery • Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives • Partner with executive and senior leaders to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and maintain stakeholder engagement • Develop and present executive-level status updates, dashboards, and recommendations • Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate people, processes, technology, and operational readiness activities • Establish and maintain program governance, escalation pathways, and delivery standards aligned with PMO best practices • Align strategic objectives, program planning, and execution to deliver measurable business value and targeted outcomes • Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capabilities, consistency, and PMO maturity • Identify and implement continuous-improvement solutions • Support portfolio planning and prioritization to align resources with high-value initiatives • Participate in pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or SMS Text Messaging interview if selected • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience • Direct leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority • Ability to build alignment and drive accountability across business, operational, and technology stakeholders • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs • Experience with governance, risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and executive communications • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Ability to align program execution to organizational objectives and measurable business outcomes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience presenting to senior leaders, facilitating decision-making, and providing executive-level reporting and recommendations • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or other project/program management certifications (preferred) • Experience leading organizational transformation, process improvement, or large-scale operational initiatives (preferred) • Experience coaching and mentoring project managers to improve delivery capability and PMO maturity (preferred) • Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
