📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's market presence by building community relationships • Serve as a valued resource in the local community • Collaborate as part of a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Agents • Report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales • Work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, community-based events, and local community settings • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as appointments and event times vary • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred) • Background in selling Medicare products (preferred) • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (preferred) • Background in supporting Value-Based Care organizations (preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs (preferred) • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing (preferred) • Must complete the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test if speaking with members in a language other than English
