📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to produce standard and customized print materials for Group Medicare employer audiences • Work with internal and external partners to define print material strategy and objectives for each Group Medicare employer • Coordinate production and mailing of preformatted and customized publications, primarily pre-enrollment materials • Collaborate with internal vendor management, print vendors, and designers • Consult internal partners and external employer groups on operational recommendations and best practices • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives and their linkages to related areas • Make independent decisions regarding daily work methods with minimal direction • Follow established guidelines and procedures driven by CMS and Humana

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience working with external partners and leading meetings with external partners • 2+ years experience with printed communications, proofreading, and/or graphic design • Ability to provide internal and external guidance and influence outcomes • Excellence in verbal and written communications • Advanced grammar skills • Strong attention to detail • Superior time management behaviors and ability to meet complex deadlines • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred • Humana Group Medicare experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
