📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's market presence by building community relationships • Serve local community members within the designated territory • Work collaboratively with a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents under a Senior Manager and Regional Director

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events, and through community engagement • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or higher based on state requirements • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred • Background in selling Medicare products preferred • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages preferred • Must complete the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test if speaking with a member in a language other than English • Flexibility to work varying night and weekend appointment/event times • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
