📋 Description

• Assist with the stand-up and implementation of a new VA CCN Contract • Establish the operational framework, processes, and controls necessary for contract execution • Partner across multiple teams to identify process improvement opportunities • Implement solutions that enhance performance across claims and financial services operations • Monitor and oversee claims and financial inventory • Implement workflow enhancements and operational controls • Report to an Associate VP, Financial Planning and Analysis

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services) • Must not currently live in Puerto Rico • Bachelor's degree • 5 years of experience in operations supporting claims administration • 2 years of project management experience, including large-scale projects • Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification • Internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
