📋 Description

• Lead development and communication of the Provider Network Operations strategic roadmap • Drive cross-functional initiatives improving provider data quality, provider experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes • Identify, prioritize, and advance transformation opportunities through process redesign, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and governance processes • Establish performance measures and reporting mechanisms for strategic initiative progress, operational effectiveness, and value realization • Engage project and process management resources to support large-scale strategic initiatives and organizational change • Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations • Collaborate with Provider Network Operations, Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Provider Relations, Market Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external vendor partners • Advance Provider Network Operations strategy through transformation initiatives and measurable business outcomes • Improve provider and associate experiences through simplification, innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making • Build partnerships across business, technology, and operational teams • Influence stakeholders and foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Champion innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, program leadership, or a related discipline • Healthcare experience • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence • Proven ability to assess complex business challenges and develop scalable solutions • Experience presenting to senior executives • Experience driving results in a complex environment • Experience building collaborative relationships and leading organizational change initiatives • Experience within healthcare operations, provider network management, provider lifecycle management, or managed care organizations preferred • Experience leading digital transformation, process optimization, AI, automation, or operational excellence initiatives preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other relevant certification preferred • Experience partnering with technology and product teams to deliver innovative business solutions preferred • Knowledge of provider data management, provider onboarding, credentialing, contracting, or provider service operations preferred • Ability to work CST or EST hours • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
