📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of product delivery initiatives • Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional programs • Establish governance, accountability, and execution standards • Define delivery roadmaps with leadership • Resolve escalated issues and execute high-impact initiatives • Develop and execute operational excellence strategies • Lead transformation initiatives modernizing processes, operating models, and delivery capabilities • Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize practices • Foster continuous improvement using data, performance insights, industry best practices, and lessons learned • Establish and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and program health measures • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and business reviews • Develop and deploy tools, methodologies, training, and best practices for program delivery • Advise senior leadership on delivery priorities, operational performance, transformation, and risk mitigation • Build partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholder groups • Communicate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities • Represent the function in leadership discussions and support strategic planning, investment decisions, and organizational change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials • 7+ years of full-time work experience in consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or program/project management • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders • Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented working style • Strong commitment to personal and professional growth • MBA preferred • Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience preferred • 2-4+ years of experience with payer organizations preferred • 2-4+ years of experience in the Medicare market preferred • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions • Ability to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
