📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning strategy projects aligned with Humana Military’s goals and contractual obligations • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders • Prepare and deliver project status reports • Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure resources and expertise • Design, communicate, and implement operational plans • Conduct meetings, set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project teams to meet targets and milestones • Support Humana’s efforts to secure and transition into a new business opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship required for this government contract position • Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years technical experience • 2+ years project leadership experience, preferably in learning project management or strategic program management • Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Proven experience managing complex projects within regulated or healthcare-related environments preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects • Experience working with TRICARE, Veteran’s Affairs or government health care environments • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Experience with Agile methodologies • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
