📋 Description

• Process sales invoices • Draft sales documents, proposals, reports, correspondence, sales contracts, and maintenance agreements • Compile and complete standard calculations for reporting statistics • Gather background research on member accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends • Communicate with staff in other organizational areas to confirm order status and resolve member complaints • Maintain up-to-date member records • Collate marketing materials and prepare information for team meetings • Answer internal and member inquiries • Provide sales administrative support for onboarding and retaining members • Support sales administration and Medicare sales leadership, sales representatives, and external agents • Complete administrative tasks and projects independently with limited guidance • Complete general administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative experience • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels while handling calls and multiple projects • Must have a dedicated workspace lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs • Ability to organize, load, and unload products and Medicare materials used during Annual Election Period (AEP) • Availability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, subject to business needs • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred • Background in sales, marketing, or related field preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred
