📋 Description

• Design and develop IT application architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture direction and standards • Perform technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications • Develop specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings • Assess compatibility and integration of proposed standard products/services across interdependent applications • Influence department strategy • Make technical approach decisions for project components • Work independently with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 7 or more years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects • Prior project architect and/or team lead experience • At least 3 years of project experience working with AI, cloud platforms and HR platform SaaS applications • Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices • Experience designing enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices • Familiarity with security-by-design principles, identity and access management, data protection, and secure coding practices • Ability to create architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Ability to provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
