📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources • Provide insight to decision-makers • Collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw organizational data • Create insightful and actionable business information • Influence department strategy • Determine technical approaches for project components • Learn and become proficient in multiple systems, policies, and tools • Work during CST/EST standard business hours • Report to the Business Intelligence Principal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of technical experience in analytics OR a Master's Degree and at least 1 year of experience • Intermediate Python/PySpark experience in Databricks • Experience designing data models, taxonomies, or schemas, versioning and conflict/precedence rules • Intermediate Power BI and Power Apps, including DAX, semantic modeling, and performance tuning • Experience with front-end UI development using TypeScript (Angular or React) or Python (Streamlit, Dash, etc.) • Willingness to remain in the position for twelve (12) months before applying to other Humana opportunities • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information • Full-stack development experience connecting front-end applications to back-end data stores • Intermediate Power Automate experience • UX and information architecture judgment for dense, expert-user applications • Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
