📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to improve provider documentation • Create education plans tailored to assigned providers • Create and execute risk adjustment strategies for provider groups • Analyze data and reporting • Provide educational sessions with providers focused on quality of care, documentation, and coding improvements • Collaborate with relationship owners and QCS (Quality and Cost Strategy) • Monitor and develop strategies with the Network Performance team and leader • Tailor provider group webinars and discussions based on MRA topics • Create compliant PowerPoint presentations tailored to group strategy • Report to the Manager, Coding Education

🎯 Requirements

• AAPC CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certification • 3+ years of risk adjustment provider education • 3+ years of medical record review knowledge • Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge • Familiarity with coding guidelines, including ICD-9/ICD-10 • Experience analyzing data to guide process improvements • Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables • PowerPoint proficiency with experience presenting at multiple levels of leadership • Ability to work CST or EST hours • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
