📋 Description

• Coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas across the organization • Ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs • Leverage advanced data, analytics, modeling, optimization, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools to solve complex business problems • Apply disciplined analytics and predictive techniques to understand and forecast behavior, optimize programs and products, and maximize business value • Develop, test, and validate statistical, predictive, and AI-enabled solutions • Contribute innovative approaches to financial and operational models • Analyze complex data and translate findings for diverse audiences • Drive business impact through data-driven recommendations • Leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance analytical efficiency and support strategic decision-making • Influence departmental strategy and analytical best practices • Determine technical approaches for project components with minimal direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience • Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions • Proficient in a programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R • Excellent verbal and written communication • Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership • Strong attention to detail • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
