📋 Description

• Act as a change agent and key contributor to Humana's digital transformation and modernization journey • Perform technical planning, architecture development, and modernization for Humana's environments • Lead, coach, and guide the enterprise toward a target architecture aligned with technology standards, architectural governance, and information security compliance • Assess compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards across interdependent technologies • Ensure customer success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services to the Cloud • Collaborate with enterprise teams and vendors/partners to define, mature, and operationalize cloud patterns, reference architectures, and frameworks • Lead architectural discussions, design exercises, and proofs of concept for Cloud Native solutions • Author or contribute to customer-facing playbooks, run books, templates, standards guidance, and related publications • Provide guidance and thought leadership on modern and future-state cloud architecture, best practices, trade-offs, and technical decisions • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues under minimal supervision • Report to a Director, Enterprise Architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems • 10 or more years of experience in the design, development, and testing of software applications • Experience with Azure and/or GCP preferred • Master's Degree preferred
