📋 Description

• Oversee various system projects and/or highly complex programs • Assemble and lead project teams • Identify appropriate resources • Develop schedules to ensure timely project completion • Manage stakeholder partnerships • Mitigate project risks • Coordinate team activities based on system scope, project objectives and team member roles • Oversee interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects when managing programs • Set strategies and lead program execution to deliver longer-term business value • Apply SDLC and ITIL frameworks to manage technology-project risks and issues • Influence department strategy • Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field • 5 or more years of technical experience • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
