📋 Description

• Lead validation projects from customer requirement gathering through execution • Translate customer needs into test plans • Coordinate validation activities • Approve quotes and oversee successful project completion • Connect customers, validation laboratories, and sales teams • Ensure transparent communication, aligned expectations, and efficient project execution • Provide technical consultation and perform risk assessments using validated scientific methods and risk-based approaches • Generate leads and manage business opportunities • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute tailored validation strategies • Present validation capabilities at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events • Strengthen market visibility and generate qualified opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline • 3+ years of experience in single-use bioprocess validation projects or related technical project management • Strong understanding of drug manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and GMP concepts • Strong focus on data integrity and documentation standards compliance • Negotiation, consultative selling, and solution-oriented communication skills • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional stakeholders • Proactive, customer-focused, team-oriented, and target-driven approach to work • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer-facing activities • Alignment with Sartorius core values of Sustainability, Openness, and Enjoyment
