📋 Description

• Oversee highly complex IT system projects and/or programs • Assemble and lead project teams • Identify required resources and develop project schedules • Manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate risks • Coordinate team activities according to system scope, project objectives, and team-member roles • Oversee interdependencies and integration of related projects when managing programs • Set strategies and lead program execution to deliver long-term business value • Apply ITIL frameworks to manage technology-project risks and issues • Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components • Manage demanding initiatives with executive-level leadership visibility • Provide stakeholder management instrumental to project success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field • 5+ years of IT project management experience • 3+ years' experience delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end-to-end • 1+ year's experience with technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation, preferably in health, finance, or other highly regulated industries • Excellent communication, including executive-level communication • 3+ years' experience with SDLC Project Management • Ability to analyze ambiguous situations from a strategic perspective • Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration • Preferred: Experience with data warehouse, decision support, and reporting system environments • Preferred: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira Align executive information systems, and statistical software packages • Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities • Preferred: Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification • Preferred: Experience in the health solutions industry • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
