📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements from kickoff and discovery through final delivery and transition • Facilitate design workshops • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt schedules, resource allocation models, and Change Management strategies • Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute custom Statements of Work • Act as the delivery expert during pre-sales, assisting Sales and Customer Success with scoping, timeline validation, and handoff to delivery • Maintain a personal billable utilization rate of 60–70% • Manage project margins, billable utilization, scope, and formal change control processes • Serve as the primary escalation and reporting point • Provide transparent updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID logs to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment • Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+ • Advanced skills in Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance • Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms highly preferred • Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven insights • Experience within Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred • Ability to travel up to 20–30% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions
