📋 Description

• Lead complex engineering, architecture, construction, or facility projects from initiation through closeout • Establish and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, work breakdown structures, and performance baselines • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, construction, procurement, commissioning, and client teams • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, invoicing, earned value, profitability, and accounts receivable • Develop and maintain project management, quality, safety, risk, communication, and change-management plans • Monitor performance and identify issues involving scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, resources, and contractual obligations • Lead kickoff meetings, progress meetings, client presentations, risk reviews, and executive status updates • Communicate with clients, leadership, subcontractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and project team members • Review contracts, proposals, change orders, and commercial terms • Manage change control and evaluate impacts on scope, cost, schedule, and resources • Ensure deliverables are complete, coordinated, technically sound, and compliant with codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements • Promote quality assurance and quality control throughout project delivery • Support business development through client relationship management, proposal development, and pursuit strategy • Mentor project managers, engineers, designers, and other team members • Lead closeout activities, including documentation, financial reconciliation, client acceptance, and lessons-learned reviews • Promote safety, ethical conduct, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, business, or a related technical discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered • 15 years of engineering / architectural design and project management experience in healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing, chemicals, life sciences, or related markets • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple disciplines, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors • Experience managing complex projects in the A/E/C consulting environment • Understanding of design-bid-build, design-build, EPC, EPCM, and integrated project delivery • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, safety, procurement, and contractual requirements • Financial and business acumen, including forecasting, cost control, change management, and project performance reporting • Written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build client relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or comparable platforms • Ability to travel up to 25% to client, project, or company offices • Preferred: PMP certification; PE, RA, or comparable credential; experience with commissioning, validation, heavy process equipment, cleanrooms, laboratories, GMP, regulated environments, operational/process/utility/facility-infrastructure projects, client development, proposals, contract negotiations, and account management
