📋 Description

• Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis and recommendations to technology leaders • Assist in developing the technology financial plan, including forecasting • Create operational financial reports for TE&S to optimize resource allocation and utilization • Build partnerships with internal customers and cross-functional teams • Prepare analysis supporting technology projects and organizational growth • Recommend improvements to reporting and analysis processes • Support system capacity and resource planning, as well as cost modeling • Analyze, plan and present financial information related to the Technology Portfolio to Finance and Technology leadership • Collaborate on capacity, resource and cost models to support portfolio decisions • Report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Enablement and interact with Finance Business Partners, Portfolio Management, Vendor Management Office, Program Management Office and Technology leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years previous finance experience, or 9 years of previous finance experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of finance concepts, principles and practices • Strong analytical skills • Organization and planning skills with critical attention to detail • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power BI • Ability to present data effectively to stakeholders • Track record of identifying process improvements and making recommendations • Consensus-building abilities with stakeholders • Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP accounting concepts, including NGOI, CAPEX and OPEX planning • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Essbase and Hyperion • Working knowledge of ServiceNow; SAFe, Intake and PM modules beneficial • MBA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma Certification, Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe Agile practices are a plus • Preferred experience within a technology company is a plus
