📋 Description

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, and closing of IT and Professional Services projects across the full SDLC • Serve as primary liaison among end clients, vendors, stakeholders, and Briljent • Manage project communications and report project progress • Define project scope, deliverables, tasks, resources, schedules, and expenses • Manage resource allocations and provide performance feedback • Monitor budgets and hours, forecast resource utilization and revenue recognition, and approve client and subcontractor invoices • Apply Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies • Coordinate backlog, sprint, and release planning with product owners • Facilitate requirements gathering and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix • Partner with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and QA teams on technical designs • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, including interfaces, integrations, and environment dependencies • Oversee system, integration, and UAT testing, defect triage, and go/no-go decisions • Coordinate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and client IT organizations • Define statements of work for subcontract partners • Support CMS certification, APDs, and IV&V reviews • Collaborate with technical, OCM, and training teams to ensure end-user readiness for go-live

• Superior writing and verbal communication skills • Outstanding organization, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to master complex systems and topics quickly • Working knowledge of software development, system integration, APIs, and data flows • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical executives and program staff • Exemplary consultative and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with a wide range of people, personalities, and organizational levels • Ability to manage conflict and negotiate win-win solutions • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow • Familiarity with cloud-based and SaaS implementations • AI-forward mindset and ability to leverage AI tools and technologies effectively • Ability to use AI responsibly for project planning, documentation, analysis, communication, and routine project management activities • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or program/project management, or equivalent work experience • PMP® Certification • Agile certification preferred (PMI-ACP®, CSM®, or SAFe®) • At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects for external customers, including at least 5 years managing system implementations • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects exceeding $500,000 in budget • Successful delivery of at least one large-scale system implementation from requirements through go-live • Experience managing projects with federal government, state government, and private clients • HHS or Medicaid systems experience preferred
