📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, account managers, services leaders, project managers, and delivery teams • Own technical delivery of products and solutions in pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements • Maintain a culture of high customer service • Contribute to customers’ digitization and digitalization through successful technical delivery • Share knowledge, mentor, and guide technical personnel • Engage with support, product management, and engineering to address product technical issues • Lead solutions design, architecture, configuration, and implementation work • Partner with Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to plan and track delivery, allocate technical work, and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers • Lead scoping, design, and other customer workshops • Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities • Review customer requirements and author RFP responses, requirements trace matrices, functional and technical specifications, testing and validation plans, installation and user documentation, and other technical deliverables • Improve processes, ensure compliance, and drive improvements • Travel as needed for internal and customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise software technical implementation projects, preferably in professional services with a life & laboratory science software product/technology services company • Experience in enterprise laboratory informatics technical solutions design and implementation for ELN, LIMS, SDMS, CDS, instrument and systems integration, among others • Experience with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres • Programming experience with C# and VGL • Experience with cloud services and infrastructure highly desirable • Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment across internal and external resources and regions • Understanding of SDLC, Quality, and IT processes for validated systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and credibility • Results-focused with a demonstrated track record of getting things done • Attention to detail and concern for quality • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Collaborative approach and ability to facilitate communication and information sharing across functions • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate communications with global team • Ability to innovate, advance issues and risks positively • Willingness to travel as needed for internal and customer meetings
