📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization • Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction • Build and maintain project plans with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners • Lead business requirements sessions and discovery workshops • Document requirements, obtain sign-off, and maintain traceability through design, build, and testing • Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders • Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and clarify ownership and deadlines • Serve as the client's primary point of contact • Lead status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations • Manage scope creep, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and change control • Understand architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions • Produce status reports and executive updates • Feed lessons learned into delivery methodology • Ensure clean handoffs to support and account teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects • Experience ideally in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or a client-facing delivery environment • Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner for enterprise clients • Ability to read a solution design, understand integrations and data flows, and hold technical discussions • Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions and translate them into clear, documented business requirements • Solid command of project management fundamentals, including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control • Excellent communication and comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences • Ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations while maintaining relationships • Organized and calm under pressure; direct, diplomatic, and outcome-oriented • Preferred: earlier technical role, configurable enterprise platform or workflow/automation software experience, agile and traditional delivery experience, regulated or risk-sensitive domain experience, PMP/PRINCE2/PSM or equivalent certification, and exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling
