📋 Description

• Coordinate, manage, and drive technical compliance, security, and industry certification initiatives • Manage the compliance roadmap and align execution across software development, IT/TechOps, and business operations cycles • Structure, track, and report compliance projects according to corporate PMO standards • Own planning, tracking, and execution of annual MRC accreditation and SOC2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits • Manage project plans, trackers, document repositories, schedules, and resource planning artifacts in PMO tools such as Asana or Jira • Provide structured progress reports, KPI dashboards, and project health updates covering milestones, risks, and blockers • Track dependencies and risks and execute formal escalation paths when milestones are jeopardized • Establish phase-gate plans and critical paths for audit readiness, dry-runs, evidence lock-down, and evaluation windows • Translate compliance controls into technical specifications, user stories, and development tasks • Partner with Security, TechOps, Data, Engineering, IT, and product teams to integrate compliance work into development cycles • Oversee operational controls to maintain continuous audit readiness • Act as primary liaison for external auditors and assessors, including MRC, EY, and SOC2 auditors • Manage gathering, formatting, and submission of technical evidence such as configurations, access logs, and architectural diagrams • Drive remediation of compliance gaps, audit findings, and vulnerability remediation tasks • Coordinate MRC audit lifecycle, measurement standards, methodology disclosures, Journal of Change, BPQ/client vetting, onboarding/support disclosures, and discrepancy/data reissuance tracking • Organize SOC2 Type 1 and Type 2 audit schedules, execution, and readiness milestones • Support system monitoring, access control reviews, infrastructure configuration documentation, and compliance automation tooling such as Vanta and Drata

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in a SaaS, Adtech, or software engineering environment • Proven experience managing projects and reporting project health, timelines, and status updates in alignment with structured PMO frameworks • Demonstrated ability to manage fixed-deadline, structured compliance timelines using a milestone/waterfall approach while integrating execution into Agile-operating engineering teams • Practical experience managing projects, timelines, evidence gathering, or compliance oversight related to SOC2 audits or Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation • Advanced proficiency in structured project planning and execution tracking within platforms like Asana or Jira • Comfort working alongside engineering and IT teams • Ability to understand cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS/GCP), database schemas, and identity/access management frameworks • Deep understanding of ad-serving technology, measurement methodologies, and industry measurement standards • Experience using compliance automation platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or introductory security/compliance credentials are preferred
