📋 Description

• Lead planning and management of small to large-scale enterprise projects within the Technology department portfolio • Develop and maintain project deliverables including project timeline, status, scope, priorities, milestones, and risks • Coordinate activities across project managers, product managers, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines • Drive collaboration toward issue resolution and keep projects on track • Communicate project roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and issues proactively • Motivate team members to maintain progress and focus during project adversity • Prepare status reports, communications, and presentations for PMO reporting across all organizational levels • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure buy-in on project timelines and required resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required • 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Required • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, ACP) • Previous technical experience or certifications • Previous experience using hybrid project management and agile scrum methodologies • Previous experience using Project Management tools, methodologies and techniques throughout all phases of the project lifecycle • Previous experience leading Technology projects managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, reporting and metric development/tracking • Proven track record of successfully leading projects on time and within budget • Interest in Technology, Transformation, and Process Improvement • Experience working in a similar Technology, Hospitality, or Gaming setting
