📋 Description

• Analyze and organize content, design learning solutions, and create storyboards, scripts, performance support materials, mobile learning, and manuals • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and provide input for course content • Write learning goals and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness • Ensure course materials are current and aligned with training needs • Track and analyze training program effectiveness through learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement • Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators • Utilize social media and collaborative tools to facilitate learning • Shape and develop training curriculum, materials, and job aids • Conduct needs analyses with clients to determine the necessity and relevance of learning solutions • Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components • Determine goals and approaches to assignments independently • Work on projects and meetings requiring occasional travel to Humana offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • At least 3 years of experience in learning design focused on adult learners • Minimum 2 years in a consumer-facing position demonstrating customer orientation • Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise • Experience with eLearning strategies and adult learning theories • Experience contributing to continuous improvement of member and customer experiences • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, or equivalent tools • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
