📋 Description

• Design and develop learning solutions for new hires and existing associates • Conduct needs analysis and develop solutions for specific audience needs • Apply instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory • Create learning objectives and performance assessments • Select learning activities, methods, media, and delivery formats • Develop storyboards, instructor-led content, and eLearning • Create creative, engaging, instructionally sound, complete, and accurate learning solutions • Identify and validate content with operational business partners and subject matter experts • Collaborate with departments, project managers, and peers • Evaluate learning outcomes, performance change, business impact, trends, and data patterns • Prepare facilitator materials, including PowerPoint slides, facilitator guides, activities, and evaluation tools • Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators, including Train the Trainer sessions • Maintain current, valid, and relevant curriculum content and agendas • Establish development timelines and milestones and communicate progress • Respond to curriculum and content feedback • Adhere to design and quality standards and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of learning design experience with adult learners • 3+ years of experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs and virtual learning solutions • 2+ years of working experience and technical skills in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) • Progressive business experience with a focus on eLearning strategies and adult learning theories • Excellent writing, grammatical and verbal communication skills • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills • Ability to be flexible in a fluid and fast-paced environment with changing processes and multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products and/or similar tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time business hours • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning and Performance, Education, Communications, Performance Consulting, Industrial/Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (preferred) • Minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer-facing role (preferred) • Experience in Medicaid/Medicare/Provider business lines, contact center, healthcare and/or insurance setting (strongly preferred) • Experience with contact center learning and development for a Fortune top 100 organization • Project management experience and/or PMP certification • Facilitation experience • Proficiency designing virtual instructor-led training • Experience developing and managing courses in an LMS • Prior experience measuring learning solutions and tying them to performance
