📋 Description

• Design and develop learning solutions for new hires and existing associates supporting role-based organizational needs • Conduct needs analyses and develop solutions targeted to specific audience needs • Apply instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to create learning experiences • Write learning objectives and performance assessments to measure satisfaction, proficiency, and performance improvement • Select learning activities, methods, media, and delivery formats including instructor-led, e-learning, virtual, and blended learning • Develop storyboards, instructor-led content, and eLearning solutions • Identify and validate content with operational business partners, subject matter experts, and key performers • Collaborate with departments, project managers, peers, and other stakeholders • Evaluate learning outcomes using operational metrics, performance change, business impact, trends, and data patterns • Prepare facilitator support materials including PowerPoint slides, facilitator guides, learning activities, and evaluation tools • Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators, including Train the Trainer sessions • Maintain current, valid, and relevant curriculum content and agendas • Establish development timelines and milestones and communicate progress • Respond to curriculum and content feedback • Adhere to design and quality standards and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of learning design experience with adult learners • 3+ years of experience developing learning programs, including instructor-led curriculum and eLearning solutions • 2+ years of working experience and technical skills in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise • Progressive business experience focused on eLearning strategies and adult learning theories • Excellent writing, grammatical, and verbal communication skills • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products or similar tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours • Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Learning and Performance, Education, Communications, Performance Consulting, Industrial/Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field • Preferred: minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer-facing role • Preferred: experience in Medicaid, Medicare, provider business lines, contact centers, healthcare, or insurance • Strongly preferred: contact center learning and development experience for a Fortune top 100 organization • Preferred: project management experience and/or PMP certification • Preferred: facilitation experience • Preferred: experience developing and managing courses in a learning management system • Preferred: experience measuring learning solutions and linking them to performance
