📋 Description

• Shape the end-to-end mobile member experience across Humana’s digital channels • Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging mobile-first experiences • Advance Humana’s mobile-first strategy across web, mobile app, SMS, notifications, and emerging channels • Simplify complex healthcare interactions so members can access information and complete key tasks • Design cohesive omnichannel experiences across digital touchpoints • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and business stakeholders • Contribute to member satisfaction, mobile engagement, digital self-service adoption, retention, and overall experience quality • Use exceptional design execution and user-centered thinking to improve member and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes • Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences, including native iOS and Android applications • Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and mobile UX patterns • Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys across multiple digital channels and touchpoints • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma • Understanding of user research methodologies and translating insights into design solutions • Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, research, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders • Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution • Demonstrated success improving engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, satisfaction, or operational efficiency • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Preferred: experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries • Preferred: knowledge of native iOS and Android platform guidelines, interaction models, and accessibility standards • Preferred: knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles • Preferred: experience with omnichannel experiences, design systems, pattern libraries, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and engagement metrics
