📋 Description

• Lead product discovery, strategy, and business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation • Evaluate and optimize end-to-end business processes, translating strategic objectives into scalable products, services, and capabilities • Partner with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic assessments, including build, buy, and partner evaluations • Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and planning through implementation and continuous improvement • Facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment, decision-making, and action planning • Support expansion and enhancement of OneHome services, including skilled nursing facilities, home health, durable medical equipment, and other post-acute care offerings • Drive initiatives that improve member outcomes, provider experience, care coordination, and operational performance • Collaborate with Product Leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners on research, discovery, strategy, and product development • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, consulting, project management, post-acute care, home health, payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments • Proven success managing products from concept through delivery, including strategy development and execution • Experience conducting complex business analysis and translating business needs into scalable solutions • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, provider operations, care coordination, and healthcare business processes • Exceptional communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a collaborative environment • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
