📋 Description

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define and prioritize product backlog items • Develop understanding of customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions • Support legacy and modernization of various subprojects within the CCM Connect Framework • Maximize the value of products created by the Agile team • Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built in the right order, within budget, and by the deadline • Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making • Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products meeting customer requirements • Write clear, concise user stories from the end user's perspective • Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration • Develop product roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree • Minimum 3 years of experience working on a development team as a product and/or process owner • Minimum 2 years of experience working on user acceptance testing • Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADO or Jira Align • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Preferred: Advanced Degree • Preferred: Agile experience • Preferred: Experience in Claims Adjudication/Audit • Preferred: Experience working with large datasets utilizing platforms such as Power BI • Preferred: Experience writing SQL queries • Preferred: Professional experience working with various AI technology platforms • Preferred: Certification in SAFe Agile or Project Management
