📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for supported Primary Care Organization subsidiaries and affiliated entities • Enable secure business growth through scalable security architecture, risk-informed decision making, and innovative security solutions • Plan, design, implement, and continuously enhance security solutions • Evaluate business strategies, technology initiatives, and organizational growth objectives • Develop security requirements and architectures across infrastructure, cloud, applications, third-party services, and emerging technologies • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives • Support subsidiary-specific security architecture, governance, risk management, application security, acquisition integration, and compliance efforts • Leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security controls • Provide security architecture support for business growth, technology modernization, and acquisition integration initiatives • Partner with business and technology leaders to develop scalable solutions balancing risk management, compliance, efficiency, and business enablement • Influence cybersecurity strategy across multiple organizations and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 1+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise security solutions across cloud, infrastructure, application, and third-party environments • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting security solutions within AWS and Azure cloud platforms • Experience integrating cybersecurity technologies with existing enterprise platforms and business processes • Experience conducting security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and security control evaluations • Experience supporting governance, risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, or application security programs • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to align security requirements with organizational objectives • Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization • Strong knowledge and practical application of cybersecurity frameworks, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or technology integration activities • Preferred: experience within healthcare, regulated industries, or HIPAA, PCI, or similar regulatory environments • Preferred: experience with cloud security architectures, SaaS security, security automation, and AI-assisted security solutions • Preferred: prior experience with AI-enabled security solutions and security automation • Preferred: experience partnering with multiple business entities, subsidiaries, or geographically dispersed organizations • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions • Ability to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
