📋 Description

• Support development of consumer-centered growth and differentiation strategies with a 12–24-month time horizon • Identify emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, consumer needs, and industry innovation opportunities • Partner with business leaders to frame ambiguous problems, generate innovative solutions, and build business cases • Collaborate with design, research, and operational teams to embed member needs in strategic priorities • Evaluate new concepts, experiences, capabilities, and business models • Build business cases, conduct ROI analysis, and prioritize initiatives • Lead workstreams for strategic initiatives and innovation pilots from concept through implementation • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Clinical, Data & Analytics, and Experience Design teams • Develop pilot plans, success metrics, learning agendas, and implementation roadmaps • Drive execution against milestones and identify risks, dependencies, and acceleration opportunities • Translate pilot learnings into recommendations and scaling strategies • Build relationships across business functions and establish credibility as a strategic partner • Create and deliver executive-level presentations, communications, and recommendations • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and action • Communicate complex concepts to strategic and operational audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA • Previous strategy experience in a healthcare or management consulting organization • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence enterprise decision-making • Experience leading complex, strategic initiatives in a large matrixed organization • Superior problem-solving skills • Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyses • Experience leveraging consumer insights to design and implement new products, services, or solutions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations • Highly collaborative and adaptable • Ability to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment • Preferred: MBA, MPH, or other graduate degree • Preferred: Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in managed care or provider sector • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
