📋 Description

• Translate Finance business needs and data requirements into governed, production-ready, scalable data solutions • Lead implementation across design, development, testing, and operationalization • Build cloud-first data solutions, data governance, and data foundations • Lead implementation of Data Quality, Metadata, and Reference Data Management capabilities • Drive development of data assets in Databricks, including table builds, transformations, and optimization • Partner with business, technology, IT, data stewards, and platform teams • Define, implement, monitor, and remediate Data Quality controls and rules for critical Finance data assets • Support metadata management, including business glossary creation, data lineage documentation, catalog onboarding, stewardship alignment, and governance compliance • Support onboarding and operationalization of reference data domains, including governance, ownership, hierarchies, and lifecycle management • Execute rapid prototyping to validate complex business requirements • Execute UAT testing and post-production validation • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, status updates, and recommendations • Advise leadership on data foundation priorities, implementation sequencing, capability gaps, risks, and opportunities • Research and incorporate leading cloud practices for data solutions, governance, and data foundations • Ensure solutions meet business and control requirements and are ready for production support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related technical field • 5 or more years of total experience in financial systems or data solutions • 2 or more years of experience developing data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud data platforms • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies • Experience in IT business analysis, including artifact development • Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks • Experience translating business requirements into data models, transformations, and curated datasets • Experience with data foundations, including Data Quality, Metadata, or Reference Data Management • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences and executive leadership • Ability to work within Eastern or Central Standard Time zones • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
