📋 Description

• Deliver scalable data solutions supporting Finance priorities and enterprise data strategy • Translate business and data requirements into governed, production-ready data solutions • Build cloud-first data solutions, data governance, and data foundations • Lead implementation of Data Quality, Metadata, and Reference Data Management capabilities • Drive development of data assets within Databricks, including table builds, transformations, and optimization • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, status updates, and recommendations • Lead implementation across design, development, testing, and operationalization • Partner with IT on implementation and production support readiness • Identify data foundation capability gaps and recommend improvements aligned to Finance priorities • Define, implement, monitor, and remediate Data Quality controls and rules • Support metadata management, including business glossaries, data lineage, catalog onboarding, stewardship alignment, and governance compliance • Support onboarding and operationalization of reference data domains, including governance, ownership, hierarchies, and lifecycle management • Execute rapid prototypes, UAT testing, and post-production validation • Provide leadership recommendations on priorities, sequencing, gaps, risks, and opportunities • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related technical field • 5 or more years of total experience in financial systems or data solutions • 2 or more years of experience developing data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud data platforms • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies • Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development • Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks • Experience translating business requirements into data models, transformations, and curated datasets • Experience working with data foundations, including Data Quality, Metadata, or Reference Data Management • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences and executive leadership • Ability to work within the Eastern or Central Standard Time zones • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
