📋 Description

• Design and implement data integration interfaces and ingestion pipelines supplying the Bayesian platform with real-time clinical data • Implement automated data-layer integration tests • Collaborate with client technical teams to investigate and resolve integration issues • Execute production deployments for data interfaces, ingestion, and mapping • Serve as the technical point of contact for data integration issues during go-live • Provide status updates to cross-functional partners during go-live • Develop integration frameworks and tooling using LLMs and automation • Collaborate with the Implementation Lead, Clinical Integration, and client technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline • 3+ years building and deploying data interface and ingestion pipelines to production • Experience integrating with external APIs, preferably using Python • Ability to investigate and resolve data correctness problems end-to-end across services, storage, and external data sources • Production experience with cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure • Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Experience writing automated integration tests for production systems • Experience rolling out production deployments and supporting systems through go-live via an on-call or support rotation • Experience triaging production issues • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills • Preferred: experience with SMART on FHIR, EHR systems, HL7v2, and FHIR • Preferred: experience working with enterprise customers • Preferred: experience building internal tooling or automation, including leveraging LLMs • Must not require company sponsorship for a U.S. employment visa; the company is not set up for visa sponsorship at this time
