📋 Description

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide data architecture strategies across Oracle ERP, SCM, and CX applications • Develop scalable, secure, and efficient data models supporting end-to-end business processes • Establish architectural standards, data modeling best practices, and design patterns • Lead large-scale data migration and conversion initiatives for Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions • Define data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation strategies between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle • Architect and oversee integrations between Oracle ERP, SCM, CX, HCM, and third-party applications • Design data exchange frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware, and ETL technologies • Ensure seamless movement of master and transactional data across enterprise platforms • Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards • Establish data quality monitoring, stewardship, security, and compliance processes • Develop validation, reconciliation, and auditing procedures • Partner with business leaders, functional consultants, project teams, and technical resources to define data requirements and solutions • Translate business objectives into scalable data architecture designs • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle data models, integrations, and migration strategies • Lead data architecture workstreams during implementations and digital transformation initiatives • Mentor project teams and guide data architecture best practices • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved data management • Stay current on Oracle Cloud product enhancements and emerging data technologies • Participate in internal projects and assist others on projects • May train technical staff, conduct interviews, assign project staff responsibilities, oversee workflow, and conduct project performance evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management focused on Oracle ERP applications • Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and conversion projects for Oracle ERP environments • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, SCM, and CX data models and architecture • Experience with enterprise data migration, conversion, and integration • Understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Service Operations • Familiarity with Oracle Field Service data structures and integrations is a plus • Reliable and consistent internet connection • Ability to provide professional remote office space with appropriate background and noise level • Ability to work during Apex IT business hours and occasionally outside business hours • Willingness to travel to client sites as required • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Ability to bend, sit, lift, and drive
