📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership and financial leadership across teams supporting the President of Enterprise Growth • Lead and build teams of approximately 25+ FTE • Drive outcomes and accountability for approximately $5B in Marketing, Commissions, and Other Operational Costs budgets • Deliver short-term and long-term financial planning and growth insights • Serve as strategy enabler and thought partner on new initiatives and their impact • Take full financial responsibility for IFG, MarketPoint, Field Sales, Agnostic Call Center, and Digital Agnostic business buildout • Own forecasting, budget development, variance explanations, and five-year planning for Enterprise Growth • Build financial analytics including Next Best Action marketing, Lifetime Value modeling, NPV, and ROI analyses • Analyze distribution channel mix and profitability • Create NPV models across segments, distribution channels, products, and other cohorts • Evaluate returns on technology investments • Prepare and present financial findings and track investment decision results • Produce reports and run ad-hoc business analyses • Facilitate data-driven trade-off discussions across Insurance and CenterWell • Establish relationships with operational executives and develop analytics to optimize marketing and distribution spend • Build business cases for test-and-learn initiatives, track performance, and recommend next steps • Present financial analytics and recommendations regularly to the President of Enterprise Growth, CFO, Corporate Strategy, CIO, and CEO • Verify and analyze financial information, marketing/distribution spend trends, and economic indicators for strategic and operational decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience • Hands-on financial experience in a large-cap operational/business-partnering finance capacity • Experience owning functional budgets, ideally including Marketing budgets • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis • Financial modeling experience • Understanding of marketing returns • Actuarial and/or accounting experience is valuable • Experience leading a global function or P&L in a Fortune 500 company • Ability to connect the dots, drive storytelling, present, and support decision-making • Ability to move between detailed analysis and strategic anticipation of questions/issues • Ability to build and lead a team and develop organizational talent • Strong bias for change and a record of driving change and implementing best practices • Innovative mindset and drive to challenge the status quo • Demonstrated resilience managing change and transformation • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex data-related problems • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Executive presence for interaction with senior and executive audiences • Current or recent experience in a large, highly matrixed company, such as a Fortune 150 • Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment • Highly collaborative relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders and subject-matter experts • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required • CPA, MBA, or Actuarial certification is a plus but not required • Remote-work internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
