📋 Description

• Run AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery as the primary client relationship owner • Develop transformation roadmaps based on client constraints and oversee implementation • Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions from concept to usable products • Build hands-on alongside client internal teams • Translate AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs for boards, C-suites, and frontline operators • Contribute to business development and scope new engagements • Deepen existing client relationships as their needs evolve • Apply AI tools across internal and client workflows • Help shape Human Agency’s delivery methods, organizational learning, and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with direct ownership over outcomes • Demonstrated experience taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context • Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and build-versus-buy judgment • Ability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping real products or solutions • US or Canadian eligibility • Must provide proof of something built with AI • Bonus: Background in venture studios, high-growth AI or tech companies, or operator roles at the intersection of strategy and product
