📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end, from diagnosis through implementation • Serve as primary client relationship owner and remain accountable for engagement outcomes • Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and oversee their implementation • Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions from concept to usable products • Build hands-on alongside clients’ internal teams • Communicate complex AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs to boards, C-suites, and frontline operators • Contribute to business development and scope new engagements • Deepen existing client relationships as their needs evolve • Apply AI tools across Human Agency and client workflows • Help shape how Human Agency delivers work, learns, and grows

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination • Direct ownership over outcomes, not just deliverables • Demonstrated track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context • Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and build-versus-buy judgment • Proven ability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience writing executive briefs, running working sessions with skeptical executives, and explaining technical architecture to non-technical founders • Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping a product, tool, workflow, or other solution • Accountability, curiosity, builder-first mindset, self-management, and firsthand AI experimentation • Ability to attach proof of something built with AI • Bonus: Background in venture studios, high-growth AI or tech companies, or operator roles at the intersection of strategy and product
