• Evaluate professional designs across typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, and overall polish • Identify subtle and substantial design issues • Use a browser-based editor to bring designs to a cohesive, professional standard • Process a steady volume of designs while maintaining consistent quality and judgment • Flag edge cases and unclear examples to improve guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Formal design training (degree, certificate, or bootcamp) or 3+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong command of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy • Fluency with browser-based design tools • Objective evaluation against design principles rather than personal taste • Sharp attention to detail and consistency through repetitive tasks • Availability of 10+ hours per week for the next 2–6 weeks • Experience reviewing or critiquing others' work (art direction, design QA, teaching, or mentorship) is nice to have • Prior AI/data annotation work is nice to have
